The main take away with Paymaya service is its lock of individual entities as a business that can be trusted you see many people are complaining about there service due to the lock communication to its users.


On the other hand Paymaya is doing its best to resolve that problem you see we are talking about money here. As you use the service you also as a user trusting them with your money but without physical entities in your area in case of trouble like you cant access your account or your money is gone where should you go.  Contacting there customer service takes time talk to them in a instant, you need to wait for days, week or worst months.

However recently as encounter that kind of problem i find ways to be able to contact them and luckily i find someone. Without hesitation i  email them to solve the problem, i send an email to Paolo Azzola the ( Chief Operating Officer / Managing Director of Paymaya Philippines ) and i got a reply.

" Thanks for the message, I appreciate your constructive feedback. We are always working hard to improve the service we provide to our customers. 

You will be happy to know that we have been taking big steps towards improving on both of the points you have outlined below, which will benefit our customers (including yourself) in the near future.

I have copied our Customer Support Group, who will reach out to you to address your specific concerns."


I feel good after ready that message i was not expecting that he well reply. after that i got another email from Customer Support Group (BOS)

" Good day.

I am sorry to hear about this. Yes, you can be assured that there are initiatives in place to improve the customer journey. If you can, please drop me a note on what number I can best reach you so we can discuss the issues you’ve recently encountered.

You may also reach me at the contact details provided below at your convenient time. Looking forward to your reply.

Warm regards,"

So i massage back to them again and after that day i got a call from them they explain to me what happen and what steps they are taking to solve the said problem. It was a nice talk  they even said to me to save the Phone number in case anything happen i just need to text all call them

This i conclude that Paymaya do care to there customers and i believe they can be better its take time but time well come.
